Deluge with Greedytorrent

i am using greedytorrent
i am entering 127.0.0.1 with 3456 port in proxy
and i am using another port for incoming/outgoing .
i am using 2x upload mulitlier.
is it safe to use?>

That the same multiplier won't work on every tracker. 2x sounds safe though, just limit your upload speed to avoid sending unrealistic reports.

off topic,which is the most stable version of Deluge?

I don't really know because I don't use it, but 1.1.8 is supposedly the latest official stable release.
