well last night i watched "The Descent" ..actually it's not a Horror Movie..Somewhat Scary Though.. I Felt amused at what those nasty cave creatures did in the movie...

now looking forward to watch Ils

If you want something a bit different, then look up fims by director Eric Stanze.
He is my favorite director.
His movies are absolutely not Hollywood style.
If you are into movies that are a bit weird and have gore.
His 3 best movies in my opinion are Ice from the Sun, Deadwood Park and Savage Harvest.

there's no such genre called suspense movies, you probably thought about the thriller genre

actually i consider both Saw & Descent to be horror movies, even though they might not be too scary, especially for the veteran gorehounds out there and as with every movie they all cross genres in some aspect so its almost never a clear (tr00) genre definition

I like horror movies too. I suggest Mother of Tears (the third mother) of the famous Italian director Dario Argento.
If you want really get scared, watch Martyrs, but... you are warned, it is very very heavy, worse than hostel!!!
