rm with memory reader about too 250kBps..works great..i checked it...
Why cheating on ratio free tracker and risk the ban while you can limit upload and keep torrent running

Is it safe at PTM, jump as a seeder at new or old popular torrent with well leeched torrent at speed upto 40 to 100 kbps ?

It should be.Just be sure you choose a really popular torrent that can be found on the other trackers as well.
