And i think he choose an old torrent with partial seeder and that make him being detected.

i used regular cheating
the age of the torrent was 1 day i think and the account was 10 weeks old
and i've seen the peerlist and i used an average speed of all users downloading that torrent
i guess i have been disabled because i wasn't near the PC when i cheating so i didn't watch the speeds changing

you should've used wm , i used it with speed > 1mb/s on new torrents.
i used WM in the first but i figured that there is no use for it
i read that in this topic so i tried it and got banned

after one day nobody is downloading anymore. the valüs you see are only shadows of the past.
