I've been through 90+GB/day sessions both on their old and new frontend. Nothing ever happened, because my account was already over 50 weeks old, which averaged very well with my daily tons of fake upload.

I was wondering about their seedtime requirement. I saw some posts by mods on SCC forums saying they won't disclose how long until accounts get flagged for h&r. Has anyone of you actually been penalized for H&R's? If so, do you remember how long it took?

Also, a staff mentioned that if you download any percentage of data from a torrent you must seed it back to avoid consequences for H&R, but during the past 3-4 months I have partially downloaded about 5-6 torrents (to around 0.1%-20%) just to check my max download speed, before removing the them from my client and not once have I got into trouble.

Furthermore, anyone know if leechtime counts as seedtime on SCC? I know it does on BTN, but SCC staff suggests otherwise, and because of their general vagueness about H&R's I don't trust them. I have a small harddisk, which is why i'm reluctant to seed everything for 36hrs. But I do give back to the tracker- never cheated there and have well over a 100gb buffer.
