The PMR does not work at many of those, including Speed.cd (your fake upload will be removed and you may be given a warning), CG, BCG and BitGamer.

Indian Sites dont care. They dont even check logs. I doubt whether they even have a log.

I think they are being lenient about it. May be they themselves know many have crappy connections and those who have good upload speed do seed, so the problem solves on its own. :)

In the long run, having many users is another good thing to pair with not caring about cheating.
