the option to edit our post expires? why?

I was going to upload some new files to my Transmission post, only to notice there is no Edit button anymore. I remember i was able to edit the day it was created. So is this on purpose? If so why?

For security reasons the edit time is 48 hours for posts and threads.

just tell a moderator what he have to edit and he will do it for you
