Overall this is THE best 0-Day tracker out there, beating all the others in pretimes and speed. They also have great packs. My personal rating:

Content 9/10
Speed 10/10
Pretimes 10/10

Now let's get to the big question: how do we cheat there?
You have to be pretty quick since leechers run fast. I would recommend using the Waffles method 5-10 MB/s on the newest torrents that have lots of leechers. You just need to do the first step, there is no need to seed at 0 KB/s for days on end since that place is full of seedboxes. Good luck!

you upped the pics as attachments.
better: upload the pics into your album and use that url for the img tag.
usercp -> left column 'networking' -> pictures & albums

You can sort the normal torrent list by leechers, jump as 100% done on one of the HD releases that still have some left, use the Waffles method there, and retreat.

Well, it depends. On SCC you'll have seedboxes. But to a home user it really doesn't matter. Also, you'll find older files in TL. Not to mention both sites have their dose of great packs.

Personally, if I had to decide between both, I'd go for TL.

TL also has non-scene stuff. you may find more on TL but on SCC you can be sure of the quality and speed.
community is not great on both and regarding security SCC is the clear winner.

tl is better especially if you are br rip lover or 720p stuff and scene blurays are crap and dvdrips

SCC has a great Free Leech archive section for older TV Packs, Dvdrips and HD packs. You just have to seed for I believe 36 to 48 hours after leeching, which is generous considering its FL.
One good thing about TL and p2p sites is they have xvid 720p that can easily be played in 360 or PS3. The quality is lower than x264 720p though.
