You have to use as low speeds as possible on what.cd, and I don't recomment mratio on what.cd. your best bet is VEM. Use the fake upload speed mode++ and tick intelligent mode and put as low speeds...

I am cheating there using VEM and mRatio without any problems.

It's easy to cheat on TL.

There's a forum called SiN, I think they changed the URL during the last year or so, the old URL is not working anymore, the members there use to give high level tracker invites.

mratio working on IPT just dont over cheat and always have an eye on peers.

Again started using VEM it has been almost 3 years.
