Looks like WCD's tracker is down for quite a while but the site is up. I'm having problems at seeding some torrents and form what I've heard parts of the trackers are down so the problem is not with...

I've been using mRatio for some time now and had no problems with it :D

i'm trying with la large torrent aroung 200Gb with plenty of seeders and leechers, up speed of 1.4Mb and down of 3.3Mb, and a Deluge 1.3.3 emulation, will be back soon with more info.

Well i don't think it's ratioless, but the seeding requirements have been lowered.

I find filelist to be a very easy tracker to cheat, I've uploaded about 1TB using mRatio and speeds between 1-2MB :)

Yup, Romania has such beautiful mountains and a lot of hiking and rock climbing courses. If you really want to do rock climbing you should get in shape first as sometimes it can be very challenging....
