Reinstaling windows helps me. Now Vuze works perfect.

My upload speed is good. But download speed 0.3mb/s (using uTorrent the same torrent file is 2mb/s)

I got some problem. If i'm using uTorrent my download speed is max (2mb/s), but using Vuze its about 0.3mb/s (im using no speed limits). Plz help!!!
