it happening to me some times, and btw im using win7 64bit too. i tried to read memory but it kept doing it, restarted utorrent, it worked but it still doing rarely.

for faking on TR with RM, what should we set the recognition? is signature (trusted zone)[it has a short number like passkey in announcement] ok? normally i set it to default, but theres no passkey...
