in qbittorrent: tools - advanced - optional ip adress bind to. default is all adresses. you must select your ipv4 adress. it's like 192.168.x.x. But you don't have to do this. You can use mmmmm's...

qbittorrent 3.3.6 client. make sure about optional ip adress in qbittorrent. choose your ipv4 address. Don't allow to all addresses.
