Sorry to say it but...same problem, switched back to v12.

Same torrent download speed:
v13 = 100KB/s
v12 = ~2MB/s

Same settings.dat, same tracker, same everything but different .exe.

No idea why.

Am I the only one that thinks 1.8.5 is faster?
