You should have gone for a cheap DX10 card that way you could enjoy the newer games. Also, 8800 eats a lot more power and produces a lot more heat. I would go with what v6ph1 suggested for the GPU....

HDBits.org is definitely the best but for a starter you can join HD-Torrents or HDAhoy they are generally open most of the time.
