thx, i did a clean install and while doing so i also found some leftover files and registry entries of an older java install and deleted them as well... as of right now everything seems to work as it...

i have an issue with the fake upload "speed mode++"
after activating "fake report to tracker systems" and the mentioned "speed mode++" i am not able to set the fake upload speed....
