They freeze your account with reasons that doesnt apply, then when you email them, they take a few weeks or months to get a reply to you. And 99% of the time, they don't show you WHY you got banned,...
They no longer ban users for low ratio.

And if you could, do support the devs by getting a subscription and you get access to sync and early preview releases. It's worth it!
