If i close the program why the torrents and settings don't stay the same?

can we make a thred with all the trackers we tested all these tools? perhaps say what issues we encounter and where got cought, where is working fine?
if upload and download is on a constant speed it is a high chance to get cought, or i'm wrong?
is there a random speed option?

i have problems on bittorrents.ro - with NoComplete_NoReport-Tracker.exe
if you have a 5 MB/s don't use multi 111 at the maximum speed because you will be uploading with atout 5 GB/s --- it's a little tooooooo fast.
scan the files you think that it contains viruses with more than one antivirus software. the results are not tha same...sometimes

RM - the best ratio fake tool. combine with NoComplete_NoReport-Tracker.exe - excellent on trackers that works with NoComplete_NoReport-Tracker.exe.

the NoComplete_NoReport-Tracker.exe is a perfect tool, unfortunaltly dosn't work on every tracker. Maybe on later versions will work. For making ratio i use RM with latest client files and to...

I got cought on www.iplay.ro upload limit set to 20 and my real upload on ISP is 4 MB i used 20 as a safty so it shoul report 200 kb/s. 2 accounts desabled there. any help...?
