Note(s) Regarding the client file:
1) This client file supports Global peerid and key. AKA the peerids/keys will remain the same for all torrent unless a new session is started.
2) Doesn't support or force encrypted connections.

Note(s) Regarding the Original Client:
1) FrostWire doesn't change it's Peerid/Key until it is restarted
1) Doesn't support encrypted connection neither does it report anything regarding encryption to the tracker

libtorrent is a library for BitTorrent capabilities. Many torrent clients rely on it, but it is not one itself; there isn't a client called "libtorrent" that we can write an emulation for.
