Vor Gericht dürfte Adobe damit allerdings nicht durchkommen, weil jeder Nutzer von einer legalen Bereitstellung für alle ausgehen kann.

Also wer die historische CS2 noch haben will, kann sie sich Downloaden. - Benötigt wird nur eine Adobe-ID, die eine kurze Registrierung erfordert.

What is true is that Adobe is terminating the activation servers for CS2 and that for existing licensed users of CS2 who need to reinstall their software, copies of CS2 that don’t require activation but do require valid serial numbers are available. Mit einer Adobe-ID kann man die Creative Suite 2 herunterladen.
Keys gibt es ebenso.

Dass Adobe für die Nutzung noch eine (gekaufte) Lizenz haben will, ist möglicherweise juristisch, aber nicht technisch von Belang.
