As for irc itself? I understand the wait time can be frustrating. You guys have lives and can't wait around 24/7. Completely understood. But by the same token, staff can't wait around 24/7 to assist the people who are only available for five minutes a day. The problem is that many people just idle there but don't respond to highlights or when we move them to a private channel to assist them. We've tried to help the vast majority of the people in that channel at least one or two times. Some a handful, some as many as 15 times. We endeavor to help everyone as quickly as we can, but it's hard to help someone if they're never there. And that part tends to get left out of the story.
Gazelle-based trackers don't delete accounts, and both sites have "one account per lifetime" policies. So I'd strongly recommend you try to get yours back, if only not to give staff a solid reason to ban you.Quote:
