to others: happy equivalent of Easter (which they may celebrate on another day or in another way)
to the rest who do not observe any of these: happy discovery of the above (or of the equivalent applicable to them, whichever it may be)
good wishes regarding Easter (and its equivalents) represent a desire towards the fulfillment of its purpose (and of the purpose of celebrating it)
since Easter (and its equivalents) speak of (reaching) Life Eternal, happy discovery of that too
