hdbits also
i had been banned on hdbits, sct, bcg after banned from what.cd a year ago
maybe thopos-bcg-what.cd :eek13:
Also x264 with bitmetv and bitme.I know because i got banned that way
Wow,so I'll be careful with What.cd and x264
Is there any connection with IPT?
i'm not asking about global ban only, but also about invites to other trackers when you become a PU
I don't think so - generally, large trackers tend not to share info. I never bothered to look in their PU forums, though. If it's normal people like you and me sharing invites, chances are they'll report you on IPT if you get caught cheating on the trackers they've invited to (and they somehow get to know this, of course).
german trackers:
TS (TS-Tracker) <-> HDS (HDSource) <-> myT (myTorrent)
I read a few times that at X-tracker there are unlimited invites avaliable for Y-tracker, if these are invites are given by officials from Y-tracker then we can 'assume' that they would also share cheat info with each other
Hopefully lol we're not giving trackers more incentives to upgrade their cheat info by keeping up with the Jones's
Waffles invites and what.cd invites were given out on SCC forum sometime back. I'm guessing they could be linked as well. Not sure though:smile:
If in doubt, assume they do. This is a kind of personal rule I have and it's worked pretty good so far.
mangathala2002, What and Waffles share info sometimes. Mostly when one of them has had with deal with someone that looks like more than the average cheater to them.
That isn't exactly the kind of information I was talking about, but it's a nice example of how you should take things you read with a grain of salt. Waffles was despectively referred to as "that site about square breakfast food" and their staff described as a "bunch of ignorant idiots" in the articles for What.cd's last birthday. Now they're "friends".
Good to see how they became friends with such big words.
I think also there's a connection between What.cd and BitMeTV. Infact i've been banned by What.cd and immediately also in BitMeTV
Digital Hive ban = SCC ban . ( for cheating on Digital Hive)
BTN works with PTP too:rolleyes2:
hey guys..must check ptps if you are power users ..i think they are connected to 10 sites..or more..
not sure
but list is maybe is like this
what.cd
revtt
tL
bitme
bitmeTV
waffles(maybe)
 as i heard the news
i think revTT is not on the list. add BTN, too.
got banned from GFT today, i doubt that PTP works with them too
I talk to GFT staff, and they said some tracker reported me as a cheater. They don't name it properly so i make a guess it is PTP or What.cd (these 2 work together)
If I'm using different username and e-mail address for each tracker, can they still catch me by searching my IP and if so is it a quick ban from other trackers or it could take them some time to apply the global for me?
Speed would depend on how much they hate you, but your ultimate fate is out of the question.
Also it depends on which tracker wants to ban you globally.
Digitalhive - BTN
Seems like DH has quite a lot connections. :eek3:
Got banned at DH with the same IP you used for RevTT? :shifty:
I keep hearing the former is a nice place with some really good pretimes, but I made an account just to check it out and all I saw were a few 1+ hour pres among all those "pretime not found" lines (and I was looking at Scene releases, not packs) Same with ScP.
FileshareFreak made an article regarding this topic.
