in one word, No
mR has is a full featured ratio tool that has a great coder who work on, while rmp is a try to put rm on the trails again :D and I hope I can add some new features to it.
multi torrent support and data reporting accurate values that simulates the real client 100%.

so basically rmp is a good tool if you cheat on just one torrent for a tracker without high cheating scripts.

No where, until the coders here is SB-I implements uT 3.4 versions support into their cheating tools first, so it's better to stick to older versions for now (that's better for good anyway)

Note for everyone who asks about RMP's client file , it uses the same clients as RM (till now ;))
