Meine Empfehlung wäre Gods. Viele Lecher, vom Aufbau der Seite ähnlich wie BTF und über Seedepunke kann man sehr viel machen. TN und TS eher schwierig am Anfang, gerade mit Homeleitung. Bin auf allen drei mit Homeleitung unterwegs.

Meine auch, aber nur aufgrund des großen Fileangebots. Da konnte nur BTF mithalten. TS wächst aber ständig.
Bei TN fehlt mir der Überblick, was die Verfügbarkeit an älteren Files angeht. Neue Releases kommen sehr zuverlässig und schnell. Allerdings bedauere ich das Abschalten der "Classic"-Version. Diese JAVA-beta ist IMHO zum kotzen...
"Schwierig am Anfang" ist imho keiner der Tracker. Bin selbst mit kleiner Homeleitung unterwegs und habe keinerlei Probleme, obwohl ich mit meiner lächerlichen Anbindung kaum ein paar MB hochladen kann. Stattdessen seede ich halt 24/7...
Wer TS am Anfang schwierig findet, sollte sich dann doch lieber mit Public-Trackern beschäftigen und hat auf einem ALT wenig verloren. :P
GODS düfte wohl den größten Content haben (noch). Danach kommt TS und dann TN. Auf GODS kann man leicht Upload sammeln (auch mit Homeleitung), auf TS gibt es viele Webseeder, fehlenden Upload kann man aber mit der Seedratio ausgleichen.
TN empfehle ich seit der neuen Source nicht mehr, ich denke das wird der nächste "große" der sich früher oder später verabschieden wird.
Das verstehe ich nun nicht so ganz, nur weil die eine neue Source haben, empfielst du die nicht mehr, und meinst das sie dann auch die nächsten sind die gehen? Ich bin von der neuen Source auch nicht so sehr angetan ( vor allen wegen Java was nun wirklich nicht sein muß ), aber im Prinzip bin ich da wegen der Files, und nicht wegen der Optik, denn Files kommen nach wie vor! Und man kann sich auch an die neue Optik gewöhnen.
Muss man aber nicht wenn es bessere Alternativen gibt. Das ist auch nur meine Meinung und allgemeine Beobachtung. Viele haben von TN seit der neuen Source Abstand genommen. Die Usability ist einfach gleich Null. Solange es GODS und TS noch gibt ist TN nur noch Backup.
Und bitte mal wieder back2topic. Es geht hier um BTF!
Da gebe ich dir recht sebastian1, wobei mir das Uploaden richtig gut abgeht. Drei Klicks und der Upload ist fertig.

mehrgleisig fahren ist sicherlich gut, manche/einige haben es halt vergessen dass zu tun
zu BTF selber, hmm nunja wenn wirklich sense ist, wäre es schade, aber bin wohl nicht so Anspruchsvoll wie einige hier zum Ausdruck bringen :)

Die mit Abstand größte/beste Usabiltiy hat der TS. Raylan scheint zu wissen, was er da macht. Und wer der Meinung ist, Torrenttracker sollten heutzutage nicht mehr so aussehen, wie Torrentracker aussehen müssen, hat schlicht vergessen, wozu er derartige Seiten eigentlich besucht. Punkt.

UPDATE: in anderem Browser jetzt auch: Domain Name expired
Die Domain wurde nicht verlängert weil der Staff ja nicht weiß was Sache ist. Das hatte sich aber angebahnt, dass zumindest eine neue Domain her muss, wenn es weitergeht.
Es wurde schon im Irc seit knapp 10 Tagen Bekannt gegeben das die Domain ausläuft und Neue her muß. Ist nichts neues.
Was mich aber immer noch wundert ist das vor knapp 3 Wochen die Domain bei Cloudfire gelandet war und natürlich eine ganz neue IP hatte. Viele hatten das aber nicht mitbekommen. Danach landete bittorentfiles.org wieder bei der alten IP. :confused:
Die Domain scheint vor ein paar Tagen verlängert worden zu sein:
