I am cheeting at ~90kb/s with RM and MR and I will stop before the update.
Just a question: They say in the rules that they improve every month the anti-cheat. Is that true, or just for scare us?
Just one more question: How can I know if I am in a banned country?
If I am, what do they do?
That's two questions. :gwtf:

Your IP? It's logged, somewhere there.
This?
(Your country*) seems to be banned from SCC, but you're using a different IP range, so you can survive there (I think :D)Code:http://www.sb-innovation.de/f56/countries-banned-private-trackers-13714/
There are banned countries, OK, but where can I see if my country (portugal) is banned?
As I said before, sit back and just enjoy the tracker instead of wondering about this stuff. I've used SCC accounts from the other side of the world, and shared them with people from even farther countries at the same time I was logged in. Absolutely nothing happened.

- dont worry about banned country AT ALL, once you signedup , your fine.. they wont check EVER
- stop cheating at 90kb/s, if your NOT stoping before update you can use speeds of 400-500kb/s can be more but thats what i always use, and if your intending to STOP before update than just do soft flashing... put speeds of 200mb/s and wait it you have faked around 5-6GBz and hit stop, you wont get caught... if your stoping at 2-3gb at a time, you can repeat the process 2-3 times more same day.. its safe to stay below 10GB/day
hope it helped
200 MB/s is little too much, I think. Stay below 100
Do they care about hit and runs?
