Need some help! I bought this microphone, but I don't know what kind of power supply I need.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Below it says "Power Supply: DC 9V-12V Working Current: 10mA". Can I plug this into wall socket?
Dear lord no; Wall sockets are AC and would fry it. Does it have a hole to plug in a DC power supply at all? I can't believe they expect that kind of voltage on those connectors.
You're looking for something more like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sopito-Univ...mputers&sr=1-3
Yea I need something like that, but for EU sockets.
I honestly don't remember which cable on microphone is for power supply.
Well honestly I've never seen a mic, besides a condensor one, that actually needs a phantom power. Condensor ones are great, but this definitely isn't one of those. Usually the tiny amount of power on the cables is already plenty.
I was victim of a home invasion today :fear: After waking up, I heard "meow meow" in the hallway, so I opened the door and a large Siamese cat with red eyes jumped right in, had a look around, and turned back. So cute!

How's the Java programmer job?
Anyone knows what coding language is best for working with Unity?
Javascript is probably easiest but C# will allow you to do more. It's also a ton faster for obvious reasons
Do you know of a good beginners guide for C#?
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dot...tro-to-csharp/
Since .net core they've really put in some effort into these.
"Sams Teach Yourself C# in 21 Days" is supposedly also good
What, no posts here since last year? Time to rectify.
I found a cooking pot on the street today. The lid's handle is basically a screw and a chunk of plastic, but everything else is in mint condition. One man's garbage is another man's treasure :soMuchWin:
