i have, i read it in the original tutorial before posting here :)
but i just cannot find the option, i go through the list and see all the others, but cant find the FAKE upload column...

It's there, in the Column Setup window, and the name is "Fake Up Speed".

You have to switch to Advanced mode, and then go to "Column Setup".
By the way, I recommend the Classic UI also. It's much better than the Vuze crap.
agree with anon i dont think that is possible but i will check , but will be a good option to be available if really doesn't have.
i must have screwed up the settings, i have a fake upload less than my real upload!

Well, look at what you did. You said to reduce your download amount sent to the tracker.
Then to send as your upload rate a ratio based on this reduced DOWNLOAD amount.
So it is possible, theoretically, that your fake upload speed is lower than your real upload speed. I suggest you change to another setting.
It seems you have an affinity for multipliers, so maybe the last option, upload multiplier, is right for u.
Or follow all of us and go for speed mode++
I can extract directly into the vuze folder overwriting existing files?

Then completely uninstall the previous version?
