I'm not sure just starting off with yoga at home is a very good idea. Done wrong it can cause more harm than good.
I generally try to eat well. I'm currently on a vacation though and then all those good habits fly out of the window; haha. I'm mostly all about those veggies and what not. Right now I'm loving a pizza though!
Yeah, I get what you're saying. I don't think I overdo it or anything, though. I'm not one to enjoy going too far in the gym. Pain is definitely not gain for me in that way.
I know you're right about abandoning bad habits though. But that first step is always so hard though. I successfully quit smoking years ago, but even now it's tempting now and then.. Same with the new bad habits I started recently. Idk; I'm not one to publicly say a lot of stuff, but recently I've been having a really bad time with my best friend and she basically doesn't want us talking anymore for a while because of it. It just.. really sucks. Even if she's right and it's for the best.
