sorry for the bad English .....
I leave open the "real" client utorrent mratio and at the same time?
:klatsch_3:
First thanks to all involved, been a long time user and appreciate your work.
Could someone please explain where the risk is involved if you run utorrent client and mRatio at the same time? What are the 'do's and dont's' in this situation?
Second I use old client for uTorrent 2.2.1 (25154) by mmmm, I have been using it since mRatio 3.xx days. There was a new one posted in this thread with a slightly larger file size, so I assume it is different. Should I use this one instead of old one?
Thanks Lucius, I always use memory reader but prolly have at same stage run same torrent in both.
I attached the two files, "uTorrent221_build25154" is the one I have been using for some time and I believe mmmm made it. The other is "uTorrent221_build25154_NEW" which I grabbed from this thread.
Can I get 2.2.1 25534 ?
vielen dank werde es testen, sehe nirgends ein THX Button daher dieses posting
On one tracker, number of seeds is not reported and number of peers is reported incorrectly. The number of peers is reported as a '~' followed by a number.
OK. Silly me. I should have read up on the bitttorrent protocol. For this one particular tracker, I just had to manually click on scrape to update the number of seeds and peers.
They are just the same file that has been packed with two different zipping software :D
here your wish

This is related to my previous message about peer and seed count displaying a '~' followed by a number for peer and being blank for seed.
Does mR52 periodically issue a scrape to the tracker? I could not find a place where such an interval would be set. I do not see the peer and seed counts updating except when I manually issue a scrape. Then when mR52 sends an update to the tracker, the display for peer and seed count goes back to displaying a '~' followed by a number for peer and being blank for seed. So for now, I need to manually issue a scrape to fix the information.
Since the peer count is not being maintained automatically for this tracker, it probably means that Automatic speed by number of peers will not work with this tracker because a manual scrape is needed to correct the peer count. Perhaps an option to set a periodic scrape interval for a torrent (which also includes a scrape after an update) would be nice.

As i remember i just fit mR changes (if i made those clients).

According to bittorrent protocol mR set interval auto like any other bittorrent client does, and also what related to peers mR show the information tracker send ,but bittorrent client show peers from that tracker you got the problem because bittorrent connect to peers otherwise mR no need connect to peers because we fake the trackers.
Hello.
5.2 is the latest version?
@ mmmmm
I just realized I have the "Ask tracker for scrape information" option on in utorrent which is why it always has current information on peers and seeds. So what I am really asking for is to have the same option in mR for supporting the use of "Change speed if the number of peers is less than:" under "Automatic speeds". I think mR should be able to do this by talking with the tracker and not any of the peers.
