Erschwerend kommt hinzu, das evtl. Klagen auch in Amerika am in den AGB's genannten Standorten geführt werden müssen. Darum steh ich ja beispielsweise FaceBook so ablehnend gegenüber. Wenn die Mist bauen, sind Klagen ausschließlich in Palo Alto, Kalifonien zulässig. Super Sache, das . . .

Die durchschnittliche AGB hat 3 bis 8 Seiten und ist so verfasst, das selbst ich als Teilzeit-Jurist mit entsprechender Ausbildung und Übung vieles drei- oder viermal lesen muss, um es zu begreifen. Und das jetzt auch noch auf amerikanisch?
Auch wenn du in der Theorie recht hast, in der Praxis kannst du das vollkommen vergessen.
