Nice, I didn't know about that one!
Are you sure? I'm downloading an HF link with it right now:

Oh.
New Version . . .
usdownloader was nice, but its not updated anymore like it seems? netload was still not working a month ago. also no dlc support (maybe over youcrypt, but thats also not elegant) AND the biggest fault is the not downloading parallel from different hosters.
load! i tried half a year ago, had some problems with crashes and download probs.
the only issue i did find with mypony is, that it doesnt automatically reconnect when the wlan or internetconnection breaks. its then downloading forever on one file and you have to stop it manually..
this is pretty good. intuitive and easy to use.
but i notice the memory usage starts to creep up overtime. (but very slowly). anyone else experience this?
anyone knows where to download the latest beta? on the homepage when you click on 1.1.0, its only the 1.0.12 ..
This appears to be the real deal:
Mipony Download - Softpedia
thanks.
btw, i am downloading from hotfile some rars, now and then a popup with a captcha shows up,.. and it stays until i close is!?
so i queued lots of files over night and mipony stopped at the 3rd one with the captcha, until the next day i clicked it away, not really witty.
is there a way/setting to autoclose these?
i feel mipony is way much better they just really need to add more fileshare site and some more tweaks i think it much better than jdownloader
Just checked out this program, and I'll say it's good.
It's so much lighter than jDownloader, which happens to be my favorite downloader for filesharing sites.
Just to compare, I've also tried:
* Tucan Manager: Tucan Manager - Homepage ~ light and fast, but the way it asks you to input captchas is a turn off for me.
* pyLoad: pyLoad Download Manager - pyLoad ~ light and fast, but installation procedure is not too newbie-friendly. Awesome Web UI, though.
(but I kept coming back to jDownloader for ease of use)
Now, I'll try this Mipony for a while, and see if it can totally kiss jDownlaoder goodbye. ^_^

They have a "download selected to folder"; maybe this could work for you.
(2) Could you please explain what "decrypt links" mean?

1. so it can open DLC and RSDF files?
2. I'm talking about services like Lix.in, which are often used to protect links on warez forums. On jDownloader, you can add such links, and the program will automatically convert them to "real" ones.
3. pales in comparison to jD's supported hoster list, but then again I only use 3-4 of those, at most.
