There are no tricks here, the only solutions are paying for a public IP or using a VPN that supports port forwarding (and there aren't any that are also free, work well and are allowed by private trackers).
That's a common misconception. Being unconnectable does not mean you can't upload. Only that others can't connect to you, and connections to or from other unconnectable peers are infeasible. This puts you at a disadvantage and makes seeding more difficult, but not impossible.
