tested ratiomaster.exe and rariomaster-vs.exe separately also
the trojan is in ratiomaster.exe only
rm-vs seems free of any infection
both moofdev and sbi rm.exe versions are infected
mods please give ur comments
Ask in the ratiomaster forums for this. http://www.moofdev.org/forums/index.php
We are using the original RatioMaster from there.
best regards

thanx rebound 4 the reply
so do you think they were stealing our passwords?
i have posted the same message at moofdev too
no reply yet and cant expect one too
the moofdev forum is very inactive.
please make sure the sbi version is cleared of ratiomaster.exe
rm-vs must do fine
Yes thats right. But this is the official forum of the tool. We are using only the official version from there, thatīs nothing what we can do.
But i think there is no virus/trojan in it. Itīs a exe packer i think which produces the warnings. The same problem we have with our utorrent mods.
best regards

What is the password that you need to unpack it? :frown:
Press the THX-Button in the first post, then it appears under the "Unhidden Content" tag.
sorry to keep bugging u rebound,
why should rm.exe alone show infections,
when rm-vs.exe seems free of infection
they most probably uses same packaging systems
so why still the difference
i am growin quit paranoid here
i do think its infected,
its a highly and easily configurable trojan
it even has an openly available tool to modify it
check the following links
PWS-LDPinch.cfg
PWS-LDPinch
Viruslist.com - Trojan-PSW.Win32.LdPinch.a
See the difference between this versions. The one is with visual styles the other without. I donīt think that there are any viruses, because the RM is open source since few month.

The full protect is open source now. Nobody how contains virus or trojans in this make the protect open source.
Please stop spamming about this, use it or delete it.

yeah i know open code of ratiomaster is available
doest mean one cant put a trojan in a compiled version
i definitely love ratiomaster and will definitely use it the rm-vs version
but i always believed darkside or the underground is more trustworthy
i want it to stay that way
the point of my so called "spamming" is delete the suspicious rm.exe and let the clear
rm-vs take the job
i feel quite shocked by ur lack of concern regarding this vulnerability
its not expected from a respectable and responsible person like u
i do feel let down by ur careless attitude
thanks
SB-I is quality, no one of our experienced users and staff members would ever post a trojan/virus or anything! please don't say RB has a careless attitude when this isn't the case. if you freak out because a few AVs in that list detected it as some trojan horse don't use that version!
actually my av cant find any virus on both exe. maybe something is recognise wrong at the end you can use the exe that you thik is safe
from the short time at the forum
i know the mods here are nice and good
i never suspect a trojan being added to ratiomaster on purpose by sbi
even the original moofdev file has it
i really realy appreciate the works of ddj, rebound, hitman, anon etc
i was babbling here cause of my love to the forum
i wanted it b clean
thanx for mods especially rebound to answering my queries
i think it bugged him sorry
i will continue using rm-vs
ratiomaster told me at moofdev that he has recompiled the ratiomaster.exe but still shows to be infected by one antivirus. he tells rm and rm-vs are both safe to his knowledge.
thx alot is there is any BS "BitSpirit" Mode for RM ??
