Flashing is reporting a lot of fake upload in a very small amount of time. It's the most obvious form of cheating and all modern tracker sources include code to detect it, so with very limited exceptions it doesn't really work anymore.
Thank you anon for description. I was trying to search for it on the forums but couldn't find an exact answer except people talking about how much to flash.

Pleasantries aside, before following any advice you read here, check the timestamps first. Some active threads are almost a decade old. (And the forum itself has outlived many trackers, but that's a different matter...)

Therefore, the ability to flash using a tool that was already proven safe on this regard (mRatio) became fairly attractive. That's how it used to be, but nowadays you'll still get banned, Top 10 or not. That's why I personally was very surprised about our hero who recently flashed 1 TB on OPS, heh.
