Help: hash-check downloaded torrents and/or extract folder structure

Hello,

Is there any program except torrent clients to hash/ recheck a downloaded torrent folder (with its files and structure)?

Otherwise, is there a way to extract folder structure from a torrent metadata file so i can copy-paste files there and do a re-check?

Meaning? You can't run cmd.exe or what?

Well....i found a great program with gui that can hash check too...
