I don't know what the specifics of your work-out actually means but it sounds like you shouldn't be messed with.
You ought to focus on training your whole body, rather than specific parts.

besides u're focusing just on arms...
you are training mostly your biceps and back. there are more muscle groups in the body than just those two.

I am totally agreed with Gapo that it is good to do workout for whole body not only for specific pasrts of body. I like your workouts but try to do some workouts for complete body. It will be good for you.
There is different between hard work and smart work. You must know it. You do same thing every day, I am sorry to say but it's looks like foolishness. You should try something new every time. However best of luck.
Also focus on making sure your diet is right.
