Hey everybody.

Thanks for the link! I also sent myself a message and received it quickly and correctly. It's nice to have something like this; mobile companies often have a form to send SMS on their Web sites, but they include ads or require the recipient has a specific plan.
It works!
In my case it takes like 3 minutes to get the message
But works!!
Thanks SL for the link
The first few messages where sent very quick but the following messages took 5-10minutes to reach to the client still its very useful with perfect no-ads.
No adds? So youre sure that your phone number isnt stored or anything and used by for example tele-marketing companies?
Good question.
I don't know my friend. Anything is possible.
Call and ask.
It won't hurt.

The "Sharing Information with Third Parties" section of their privacy policy would say yes... I haven't received any ads though. In fact, I keep on receiving spam car offers from people I have not given my phone no. to, but I guess they're bruteforcing numbers.
Well maybe they are sharing the information then after all. But that wouldn't be unusual. I mean, Google does it and if your on FB, they do it there too. If your on Twitter or MySpace they probably do it there as well. When you use Yahoo! they use your browsing info as well. Your email, browsing habits and so on. When you go to a dating site, your email is listed with other advertising parties to send you spam email. When you use a credit card they send your personal information to someone else to send you junk mail. So this sort of practice is not unusual. You just have to pick and choose who, how, when, etc to give your personal info to.
How many SMS can u send per day?
It looks like the site says "Unlimited Free Texting Anywhere" at the bottom if you scroll down to it.
Maybe this is unlimited for a period of time before they get sick and tired of you taking advantage of them and their free texting services. LOL.
And then they send you a text " if u kp sndg txtmsg we wll gv u cnzr. an thn we wll txtng ur frnds by txtng thm ur pnz siz."
Just to add there are also free SMS sites where you can register with your phone number. And then send texts from the website as through it came from your phone. Very useful especially when don't want to waste txts on your phone.
I've used a couple myself but say I believe there are different sites depending on the country you're in.
For example if you're from Australia and want to send txts locally here you can go to:
www.smsfun.com.au - I recommend this one as gives the most number of free txts per day
www.freesmsmate.com.au - Also a good one I use sometimes
to name a few. These are the good ones. So now you can text for free on your PC as your own mobile number to any other phone. Some sites offer more free text than others, that's the main difference between sites.
For other countries I presume there are similar sites for free texting locally.
Thank God for the mobile internet and the chat services :)
Hi, can someone provide a couple of smstexter alternatives (which are already quality proofed :)).
