If you're looking for video tutorials for math or sciene, I'd say ScienceHD. Or take a look at docspedia. Docspedia is incredibly easy to cheat on.

Well, I know a while back you had bitspyder with a lot of stuff but I've been off of it for quite a while; then, you've got bitME (all round e-learning) and I know TL recently got a big collection of tutsplus stuff, maybe snoop around in there, you can also try the many many nulled blogs you got out there
