I've decided to learn German so if anyone especially you German folks has some tips, websites, videos, or e-learning material to learn the basics of the language ( the alphabet, basic grammar ... etc), I'll be grateful.

The best learning tool for any language is Rosetta Stone. This is a FS site, so try find it. The pack contains 3 Levels of German as well. You learn by using pictures and a Headset. :)

You only need to learn one phrase in any language IMO "Zwei Biere, bitte". Also curious why you would want to learn German.

I would ove to lern germ. too
Starting from here
I don't wanna give you tips where you can find online-tuts to learn German. There are enough to find if you use Google.
But what I sometimes do to improve my English or Italian is watching films I've already seen in the language I want to learn and activate subtitles in my mother tongue. I think, this is a good and simple way for start-up and improvement. Of course, you have to learn the basics first, but that's just a matter of will...
Jep.
Best and simple way (after some basics, of course): Get some movies in german language with english subtitles.
Best to start with are all Disney-Movies, after that Movies for Kids (Harry Potter!).
I've alway had a "5" in english (that's the second worst note here in germany, with a "6" you'll have to repeat the year) - I've learned english from David Letterman.
