This site documents the power sockets, mains voltage and AC frequency used all around the world. If you tell it where you're from, it can compare countries and give you travel advice.

I found it today after stumbling upon a type L extension cord at my office (my country only uses C and I) and wondering if there was a database for this

Online ruler, fitted 1:1 for those tiomes when you do not have a ruler handy.

Online stoptime, alarm and countdown. This the best I've found.

When I played Worms with my friends, I used to cheat by placing an actual ruler on the computer monitor, giving the shotgun perfect aim. That site reminded me of that

One of my favorite linux applications, the famous BB, the ascii-art demo. Only included in Debian distributions, go figure. First time I saw this was in 2003 on my Knoppix distro.
