Thanks for the work everyone! Just curious as to whether cheatos ever found the source code for the updated version? I can't seem to find the bug that was corrected, thus my compiled edits are not functional.

I'm surprised this still works,
I've found the source, but I ask you not to do stupid things, as in 2354TB down and 345TB up from a 6th world country...
I am cheatos
Haha of course, thanks!

Actually, would you mind pointing out where the speed limiter code bit lies? I can't seem to find it, sorry.
Of course I might be wrong and cheatos will know better but I think it will be in the Form1.Designer.cs
along these lines:
So just open the file with notepad and use Ctrl+F to find 30, change it and then save the file and compile.this.Ping.Location = new System.Drawing.Point(65, 173);
this.Ping.Maximum = new decimal(new int[] {
450,
0,
0,
0});
this.Ping.Minimum = new decimal(new int[] {
30,
And while you are at it, if you do compile I would appreciate if you can post it here.
This would be the ping setting. I am looking for what limits the set upload and download speeds. I have something compiled with no ping limit but would like to find what limits speed settings.
Thanks!
why would you need more than 100mbit up/down? this is the reason why speedtest.net tries to block these tools...
Can someone post a compiled version with no (or low) ping limit? Many thanks!
I did manage to change the ping, but the speed limit cannot be changed. According to what I saw, these commands are blocked by permissions, so only the original coder can change them I guess.
that is the modified one with ping 2 ms and download minimum 50 and upload limit minimum 12
yetanotherstest.zip
Can we also change our ISP's name ? I don't know if it's possible but that would be also good.
Well, if they check that server-side, I'm not sure it's possible. But you can use sockscap and a proxy from the ISP you want.
"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
The link above is working perfectly.
"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
It is working really good.

Can someone help on cracking the pingtest.net salt? I'm pretty sure they use the same technique as speedtest.net (/api.php etc.), Just need the last part of the hash.
