Cheating 2-3 torrents (same tracker) at once using RMP 1.4.1?

    Hey there.

I was wondering - can you open like 2-3 instances of RatioMasterPlus 1.4.1, each one for a different torrent from the same website? So you appear to be seeding 2-3 torrents at the same time (each with a different, randomised speed, naturally) or that would be a bloody red flag?

I don't know what RMP stands for, but if it's related to ratiomaster, then yes, you can.

It's safe as long as you take the necessary security measures (memory reader for uTorrent, key copying for Transmission).

I have done this a lot of time without any issue. You need to create multiple copies of the RMP folder and name them as like v1, v2, v3. Then run each instance and add torrents. Don't forget memory reader on each instance or you are screwed.

@jordan : You're right but not 100% right. Your advice working with some clients. Read again what @anon post.

I would use RatioMasterPlus 1.4.1 with Deluge 1.3.11 which is by default on the emulation list in RMP 1.4.1.

If I have at it with RM+1.4.1 and Deluge 1.3.11 as my emulated client, do I need to do anything else other than copying the RM+ folder 3 times, like playing with memory readers or getting something else or I'm just fine making 3 instances of RM+?

Make sure that after using the memory reader all instances has the same peerid and the key is not the same. Memory reader supposed to work this out automatically but double check won't hurt.

Is this necessary? I have done without separate directories. RatioMaster remembers individual torrent settings, so they won't overwrite each other.

    So summing things up:

Open RM+1.4.1 3 times, make sure in the advanced tab they all have the same peer ID but a different "key" (remove it so it fills it with a random one) and I'm good to go? Since RM+ doesn't need MemoryReader to be run when there's only RM+ running without any other torrent client (or so I've read in the download page), right?

If you run it without deluge opened , yes that's right.
The only thing that will count for you if deluge is opened then all instance have to have the same peerid with deluge
If there is no deluge opened then they have to have the same peer which is generated by rmp.
