Hey since we are traveling the world ,Why don't we stop at for a cup of tea and some awesome Oriental Music...
interestingly, tea is the local traditional beverage in middle-far eastern countries, originating from somewhere between china and india, yet the english pronunciation has been distorted from the original (hindi=chai, persian=chai, mandarin=cha)

seems a similar confusion exists with the term orient(al), which may include eastern (middle-far) countries, or just the middle-eastern ones

see more on wikipedia if you like

This genre is not asian but its more about the local flavors and influences (be it jewish/hebrew/indian) incorporated into the music
well, these folk influences do originate from asia (correctly: mostly from west and less from south & east asia) and it may be said that they are rather similar to the majority of islamist (or arabic/persian/...) traditional folk music, whose influence affected the israeli folk sound as well (though the latter has been more successful in commercializing its music and leaving the field free from aggressive religious restrictions) as these people have similar origins

this is probably the source of your list:

01 - Orphaned Land - Ocean Land (The Revelation) (Israel)
02 - Rudra - The Pathless Path to the Knowable Unknown (Singapore)
03 - Melechesh - Rebirth of the Nemesis (Israel)
04 - Arallu - Possessor Of The Code (Israel)
    05 - Gevolt - Tum Balalaika (Israel)
06 - Amaseffer - Slaves for Life (Israel)
    07 - Farzad Golpayegani - 47 (Iran)
08 - Odious - Upon the Broken Wings (Egypt)
    09 - Distorted - Flesh & Blood (Israel)
    10 - Pentagram - Anatolia (Turkey)
11 - Narjahanam - Rayat Al Mowt (Bahrain)
12 - Sawlegen - Streets Of Agrabah (Morocco)
    13 - Asura - Saffronised Nightmare (India)

a few more videos from the area:

Salem - A Moment Of Silence

Nervecell - Flesh & Memories (live @ Dubai Desert Rock Festival 2008)

Melechesh - A Summoning of Ifrit and Genii

that would be your eagerness to prove something before doing some research first, so i'll be kind enough to point in the right direction:

    Code:

and btw. don't believe everything you read in a dictionary, as they are certainly not exempt from 'harmonization hazard'

The Chinese character for tea is 茶, but it is pronounced differently in the various Chinese dialects. Two pronunciations have made their way into other languages around the world.[27]
One common pronunciation is tê, which comes from the Hokkien dialect, spoken in Fujian Province
, Taiwan and by expatriate Chinese in Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. It reached the West particularly from the Amoy Min Nan dialect, spoken around the port of Xiamen (Amoy), once a major point of contact with Western European traders. This pronunciation is believed to come from the old words for tea 梌 (tú) or 荼 (tú). The other common pronunciation is chá, used by the Cantonese dialect spoken around the ports of Guangzhou (Canton), Hong Kong, Macau, and in overseas Chinese communities, as well as in the Mandarin dialect of northern China. This term was used in ancient times to describe the first flush harvest of tea. Yet another different pronunciation is zu, used in the Wu dialect spoken around Shanghai. The words for tea in Korea and Japan are 차 and 茶 (ちゃ), respectively. Both are transliterated as cha. (In Japanese, it is sometimes お茶 (おちゃ) or ocha, which is more polite.)
According to wikipedia, the word "tea" is one pronunciation of the Chinese word comes from the Hokkien dialect so the dictionary is quite accurate unlike what you said.

I listened to some and i didn't like the sound of it (I'm not an expert..ok..I'll give you that), maybe you'll be kind enough and post good metal music which isn't disturbing and depressing.

the word "tea" is one pronunciation of the Chinese word comes from the Hokkien dialect so the dictionary is quite accurate unlike what you said.
in order to realize the error you need to read about the tea origin first, then compare the pronunciation of the surrounding countries/regions and then notice where the Hokkien dialect is spoken as opposed to the Mandarin language - which points to cha/chai as the correct origin of the word

if none of these suit your music taste, i'm afraid hardly any metal songs/genre will...

yet, the word "tea" origins are rooted in Chinese which was the core of the debate here.
