I know you will be shocked guys but I havent work out in 4 years or so !! its just being lazy all the time @ work & not having any long free times,need to grab my grifts again !!

I've joined a gym and now I go every other day =) but I wish my body would show that LOL
I play football, 2 to 3 times a week .. It is inclusive, run training, muscle training, etc. :>
my training schedule: 4 times a week lifting weights (every day different muscles) and just once a week a little endurance run. has to be enough..
i joined a gym once i think i only went once to oh well lesson learnt dont waste money on something your not really excited about doing
Nice bump jazzman.I went to the gym for half a year.Had nearly no visible effect.

I think it's the most important thing for fast visible effects..
I personally take protein shakes to the gym with me and drink it after right the workout shower.
buy yourself a big protein box it lasts for a month or so.. ~80$ maybe? add milk for flavour and a banana maybe
Unless you really push yourself in exercing taking protein shakes is not really necessary.
But when you do push yourself you can really feel the difference in speed of recovery.

4 words: same effect different consequences.then eat a lot of Tuna and other fishes and chicken and whatever got planty of protein in it! same effect, it's just you get more percentage of protein in the concentrated protein shakes.
