Razor 1911, Anonymous jump into the Wikileaks fray

Wikileaks backed by pirates (no ninjas yet)

Venerable pirate group Razor 1911 has announced that in response to the recent attacks on Wikileaks’ hosting, it will henceforth mirror the site’s content at wikileaks.razor1911.com ......

it was not the group itself who announced that, but their demo division, one that does art, animations, music for the main group, ie. has nothing to do with the actual cracking/distribution (aka. 'piracy') which is razor's core activity

first we had the (digital) 'pirates' connected only to copyright infringement, then they were/are allegedly profiting from illegal sales & similar activities, then their 'allies' use ddos attacks that are directly aimed at disrupting commercial activity, then they get connected to keeping mirrors of sites leaking governmental secret documents, sounds like a 'real danger' to the society's order, eh? one wonders what's going to be the next thing they get accused for/connected with/implicated in
