If you don't believe us, go on and try this on What.cd (Be sure to use an accurate Milli-seconds timer or even a University/Labs-degree ultra accurate computer-powered timer to calculate how many Milli-seconds before you're banned)

The IP is the same, if you're running it in the same computer. What the message may actually mean is that the peer_id is different. So either use the memory reader (which is much less intuitive than in the vanilla RM, it'll only automatically attempt to read from a process with the default name once, when you select your emulation), or drop this and use the new mRatio, if multi-torrent support is so necessary.
