First of all, It's better to stay away from using mR -or any other tool- to emulate already modded software, use mRatio with pure torrent client software.
Back to your question, mRatio appears to the tracker as a standalone bittorrent client, so using it with or without the real client side to side it's totally up to you and up to the circumstances that you want to implement.

why? mR emulates pure torrent-client and reads only memory, to make sure, that mR client = uT client.

Because it has been developed according, you don't know what has changed to this modded uT and what mR is going to change also !!

and there is no sense in using mR with modded uT, why don't you use this modded alone or use (mR + pure uT)

why something will be changed in mR, if it emulates pure uT? i'm using mR to control upload speed, and modded uT for noreporting downloaded files.

Hi everybody! Many thanks to the author of the awesome prog and good people for the support.
And a question:
After having read a matching uT client's parameters by the memory reader, can mRatio safely add to upload speed of the same torrent in the client working side by side (emulating a single client)? Or then a tracker site would see 2 separate clients simultaneously?

Memory reader = one instance of real client
But and that's a big fat but .. Don't ever run the same torrent in both clients .. Different torrent yes
