A few times, when I was running mencoder at full blast in the background

Set the disk cache's size to manual and something big like 100 or 200 MB. Newer versions of uTorrent are better in this regard, but the mod can't be "used" with them.

Not sure if I asked this before, but I just noticed in my task manager uSerenity is using 1.200.000 K of memory. This isn't good, right?

It's good. An x86 process can take up to 1.8GB.

Just because it can, it doesn't mean it should

In uTorrent, this is normal. In layman's terms: your download speed is higher than what your drive is capable of handling. Thus it downloads first in utorrent's cache, which is stored in RAM, and thus it can go all the way up 1.8GB. Again, it's normal.

I am on fiber gigabit up and down and I have trouble using more then %25 of my upload ability's. Part of the reason is because I am usually on private servers. I am really hoping you guys have something for me that will allow me to upload faster then I currently am. Great site btw

P.S. Would every one be able to tell I had a modded torrent client? I really dont care to cheat that much, I just want the speed! :)

Only if you screw things up. Read the instructions on how to use the modded clients and ask around if you have any doubts.

Besides updating it to emulate newer versions of uTorrent (which apparently few people were interested on), there's not much we can do without the source code.

I recently compared the original build 25130 and Serenity, and it seems Owyn used gaps in the executable to load uSerenity.dll without increasing its size. If and how that knowledge can be used to port the mod to newer versions without recompiling is beyond me.
