harder to notice you if you stay low. The higher you go, the easier it is to pick you out of the list.
There's nothing wrong, but...
Peers on packs are often not peers, but in fact seeders. A lot of people only get parts of a pack, rather than the full pack. They stay on and seed the part they leeched.
A good torrent to cheat on is one with little seeders and lots of peers. With a pack, it's much harder to tell the seeder/peer ratio than with e.g. a normal movie. (No one is going to download half a movie)
This makes it more risky to cheat on a pack, especially one that's been around for a long time, since there is no way of telling which of the peers are actually seeders.
"High chances to get banned" is probably somewhat of an overstatement, though.

Additionally, regarding packs, it's safer if you do it in very newly uploaded packs, after the seed count is higher than 1.

Maybe it's better to share some information ,so people reading the thread can learn from your experience ,too .Just saying..
I'm still using VEM with Fake Upload speed mode ++ ,intelligent mode,and speed range according to my real upload speed .
Sometimes I also use the fake report to tracker systems and reduce the number of peers connections to zero in order to have a quick ratio boost
